Returns & Exchanges:
At Vitalys, we do our best to ensure our product descriptions are as detailed as possible so that you encounter no surprises upon receiving your items. We want our customers to know exactly what they are ordering.
Order Cancellation Policy:
We take pride in our ability to quickly process all orders placed on our website. Most orders are processed within 12 hours. If you wish to cancel your order for any reason, please email us at contact@my-vitalys.com as soon as possible.
Since the vast majority of in-stock items are processed and/or shipped within 12 hours, it is imperative that you contact us within this timeframe so we can attempt to cancel your order before it is handled. No cancellation requests can be accepted once an order has already been processed.
Address Errors:
It is your responsibility to verify the accuracy of your shipping address and to contact us immediately to provide any corrections. Modifications can only be made if your order has not yet been processed.
We cannot be held responsible for incorrect shipping information. Furthermore, we are not responsible for refused or undeliverable orders (inaccessible addresses, incomplete addresses, etc.). In these cases, packages may be returned to us, but this is not always guaranteed.
If your order is returned to the sender, we will offer you a choice between a refund (minus the original shipping costs) or a re-shipment of your order. Please note that you are not eligible for re-shipment or a refund until the package has been physically received by the sender.
Return Policy:
We accept returns* for any reason! Whether you are unsatisfied or have simply changed your mind. Our return policy is valid for 14 days from the moment you receive your products.
If for any reason you are not satisfied, simply fill out our return form. Sign it and send it along with your package to the address provided by our support team when you contact them.
