Return, Refund, and Cancellation Policy

Order Cancellation and Modification Policy

We process and ship all orders very quickly; therefore, we cannot guarantee any modifications or cancellations once your order has been placed. If you wish to modify or cancel your order: please contact our customer service as soon as possible by email at contact@my-vitalys.com. We will do our utmost to modify or cancel your order if it has not yet been processed at our warehouse.

To expedite your request, please include "Cancel my order" in the email subject line, along with your full name and order number in the body of the email.

Return and Refund Policy

If the order has already been shipped, rest assured that you can still perform a return to receive a refund, subject to the rules below. Our refund policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since the delivery of your purchase, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your items must be unused and in their original packaging. The shipping label on the package must also be present and intact. For obvious hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns once the device has been used.

Other non-returnable items:

  • Gift cards

  • Digital books (E-books)

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund request. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within one week. Note: Shipping costs are only refundable in the event of a cancellation before the package has been dispatched.

 

Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time (usually 7 to 14 business days) before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at contact@my-vitalys.com.

 

Sale Items (if applicable)

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

 

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at contact@my-vitalys.com.

 

Shipping

To return a product, you must contact us by email at: contact@my-vitalys.com. We will then provide you with the return procedure and the address of the warehouse authorized to receive returns.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Returned items remain your responsibility until they reach us.

If you are shipping an item over 50$, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
